Very pretty !
Ellen,
I am LOVING the undersea vegetation -- I love the colors and how you blended things!
Gosh, Ellen -- this series just keeps getting more beautiful with each piece! Your turtle is awesome . . .

I love the sea turtle Kiwi Ellen. By itself it would make a great pin. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I love the turtle. Julie C.
I love this one. The motion lines for the turtle are great. You really have a knack for this type of work.

Each one is better than the last. This turtle is fantastic. I agree with nightbeader that this would make a fantastic pin or a stuffed, stand alone figurine but it makes a terrific picture too.
Wonderful turtle, this one is a great addition to your series.
I love this piece, as I have all of them. I can't wait to see them all together. Are you going to send them to the new website so Brenda can put them up? Please?!
Ellen
I am loving your under the sea pages but this turtle is just awesome. someone else said that the turtle would make a great pin and I agree.
Hugs, Helaine
How freaking sweet is that! I really love the turtle - it's so awesome!
I really have been enjoying all the "Under the Sea" projects that you have come up with for the Bead Journal Project. When I started, I never thought of doing a full theme for the year.
Great inspiration!
What a gorgeous turtle!!! Love this one! how big is it? I can't wait to see them all together! It also looks like you layered it to add dimension - is there felt under that turtle?
I love the seaweed bed you created for it. I looks intriguing and I can imagine why the turtle is swimming towards it.
Cheers, Denise
Thank you all for the encouraging comments ~VBG~
Nightbeader, I might just make some Turtle pins, thanks for the suggestion ;9
Susan, I am just one step ahead of you, as I sent all the info to Brenda yesterday to get my page in the Member's Gallery set up ~ smile
Bad Liz, I have to admit that I didn't start out intending to do just one theme but I seem to have this nack of challenging myself even further when I do stuff LOL It sure has helped me to think outside the box
Denise, he is just under 4" long & yes there are 2 layers of felt underneath him, I learnt that trick from the Lone Beader ;9
This is my favorite page of yours. The turtle is perfect (love turtles) and the mix you used on the turtle is great. Love the reef too, lots of good textures/colors.
Hi Ellen... Your turtle is just fabulous... He (she?) looks like he's actually swimming in the sea. And the reef is very inviting! And thanks for telling us about the padding, size, and soon to be member page in your reply to comments above...

If you do make some into pins I'd be interested in what you would charge to make one as a magnet. My niece loves sea turtles.
