Yuck! I worked as a corporate human resource director for the Hilton Hotels chain for many years, Ellen. I can promise you that those glasses got washed properly then. Can't imagine what in the world anyone is thinking anymore . . .

Good grief -- I was so surprised by this video I went back and watched it again! When I think of all the glassware that carted back to the kitchen on a daily basis at our hotel to be washed properly, I am still stunned to see any hotel doing their glassware in such a shoddy, unsanitary manner. Things sure must have changed in the past ten years . . .

OMG I have to show my hubby!! He's been traveling a lot lately and still has a couple more trips to go...! ick!
